Succinct Communication

Even though the coaching happened over a year ago, I still reap the benefits daily of having had this experience.  Before working with Allyson, I found myself hesitant in my communication with those who were far superior in position or far inferior in position to me.  Now, I am able to communicate succinctly with anyone at any level in a professional setting.  I’ve also been able to find the space and time to be brilliant and most certainly strutted my stuff as a recruiter on steroids having hired over 100 people in a year.  I achieved every one of my goals and I am all the better for having done so, and continue to use the techniques I learned every day.
