Goal Oriented

It is very rewarding to have someone focused on me, guiding me to improve on me.  I've been very focused on stabilizing my chaotic life and it was nice to have someone in my corner giving advice on evaluating where I'm at and figuring out where to go.  I believe that has added a new dimension to what I can do and who I am.  Before working with Allyson, I focused more on doing well and letting opportunities come to me.  Now, I am goal-oriented, knocking on the door, seeking the opportunities myself.

I wanted to master the TSA role, which carries greater degrees of leadership and communication skills.  I believe Allyson improved these skills in me which allowed the mastery of the TSA role to become a realistic goal.  I was uncertain of my goal learning a new technology.  I thought that would tip the scale of workload, but with Allyson’s advice, I was able to put this on the calendar in a way that I feel comfortable and manageable. Overall, I've learned how to be extremely efficient, allowing for me to take on more without burning out, ensuring I don't start missing things left and right.  This is something I've been trying to figure out on my own for quite some time, so many thanks here!
