Better than Advice

I truly enjoyed the opportunity to receive one-on-one coaching from Allyson. The approach she took was better than advice or leading me to solving the problems I faced for me. The approach of leading me through structure and guiding me through the process put me in the position to solve my immediate struggles and struggles going forward.

The result is: I have drastically reduced being a bottleneck to the process, a stronger presence in meetings, and those around me can better rely on me to help coach them and lead the teams I lead.
